Ingredients

  • Chicken
  • Carrot
  • Corn
  • Butter
  • Sweet potato

  • Garlic Powder
  • Onion Powder
  • Cajun Seasoning

Direction of use

  1. Day 1: Marinate chicken with garlic powder, onion powder and cajun seasoning. Mix and rub evenly on meat. Rest meat in fridge overnight.
  2. Day 2: Peel, cut and wash carrot and sweet potato. Parboil for 15 minutes.
  3. Slice kernel off cob of corn and season it with salt. Add butter on top before baking.
  4. Strain vegetables and remove chicken from fridge. Plate it on the baking tray. Spray some oil on vegetables and chicken.
  5. Bake corn, chicken and vegetables for 30 minutes.
  6. Plate and serve when process is done.
