Mushroom Pasta Are you a fan of mushroom? Or all you have left is mushroom in your fridge? Fred not, even with a simple ingredient, you’ll be able to prepare a meal in no time. Ingredients

  • Pasta
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper Powder
  • Mushroom
  • Olive Oil
  • Butter

  • Black Pepper Coarse
  • Thyme
  • Rosemary
  • Oregano
  • Paprika
  • Basil
  • Chillli flakes

Direction of use

  1. Boil Pasta. Add oil & salt in the interim while boiling. Strain water when pasta is cooked.
  2. Add olive oil to heated pan. When oil is hot, add mushroom into pan and stir fry till mushroom is semi cook.
  3. Season mushroom with salt and pepper. Add butter for extra taste.
  4. Add pasta and spices (thyme, black pepper coarse, oregano, paprika, rosemary) into the pan. Continue to stir fry for 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from pan and ready to serve!
  6. Top with chilli flakes and basil for extra taste and texture.
