Ingredients

  • Chicken
  • Fried Chicken Flour Mix
  • Oil
  • Fries
  • Crab Stick
  • Grindstone Sprinkles

Optional

  • Cauliflower
  • Paprika powder
  • Turmeric powder
  • Black pepper powder
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Salt

Direction of use

  1. Day 1: Cut chicken into cubes. Mix 3 tablespoon of flour mix with 2 tablespoon of water. Pour mixture over chicken cube and mix well. Marinade overnight.
  2. Day 2: Prepare dry flour mix in a bowl for second coating before frying.
  3. Add oil to pot (ensure it is deep enough to submerge the chicken and fries). When oil is hot & ready, coat chicken cube with flour mix and drop it lightly into the pot. Deep fry chicken till it is golden brown. Remove from pot.
  4. Shake Grindstone sprinkles while chicken is hot.
  5. While oil is hot, continue to fry fries and crab stick.
  6. Shake Grindstone sprinkles while fries and crab stick are hot.
  7. Optional: Fried Cauliflower
  8. Mix flour mix, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, salt, paprika powder, garlic powder, onion powder and water in a bowl.
  9. Add cauliflower into mix and coat well.
  10. Fry it and serve when it is cooked.
  11. Plate it and serve!
